Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Daily bank allocations
- Filing and Admin
- Credit card administration and capturing
- Bank Reconciliations
- Banking inquiries and follow up request
- Confirmations of transactional details with external banks
- Preparing journals on a daily basis for speedpoints, bank charges, etc.
- Inspecting and following up on unallocated receipts and payments on a daily basis
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- Accounting background – 1/2 years of experience in a financial role will be beneficial
- Must preferably reside in the Pretoria/Centurion area
- Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
- No criminal record
- Contactable references and accurate history
- Fine attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Be organized
- Excellent Listening skills
- Computer literate
