Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Daily bank allocations
  • Filing and Admin
  • Credit card administration and capturing
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Banking inquiries and follow up request
  • Confirmations of transactional details with external banks
  • Preparing journals on a daily basis for speedpoints, bank charges, etc.
  • Inspecting and following up on unallocated receipts and payments on a daily basis

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Accounting background – 1/2 years of experience in a financial role will be beneficial
  • Must preferably reside in the Pretoria/Centurion area
  • Must have own transport and valid driver’s license
  • No criminal record
  • Contactable references and accurate history
  • Fine attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Be organized
  • Excellent Listening skills
  • Computer literate
