This position is responsible for performing all accounting related functions as required, e.g. debtors, reconciliations, filing, cashier, creditors. To provide administrative support to the site management and to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times.

Qualification Requirements


Experience Requirements

3-5 years experience in collection of debtors receivables and administration FMCG experience an advantage

• Standardisation and optimisation of accounting structures and reporting • Cash flow management • Implementation and maintenance of financial controls • Cost analysis and control • Business performance measurement and improvement • Implementation and adherence to international accounting practices • Safeguarding of all company financial documentation • Liaising with other team members and departments on behalf of management • Taking and typing of minutes of meetings • General administrative duties • Ensuring all communication takes place timeously • Drafting of reports • Provide assistance to other team members • Filing of documents • Assist HOD’s with adhoc duties
