Specification
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collection and follow-up of all outstanding accounts reflecting on the age analysis.
  • Compiling complete debtor files for proposal to write-off debt.
  • Responsible for filing of all documentation in respective debtors files.
  • Sending and revising monthly debtor statements and letters.
  • Archiving of paid up or nil accounts.
  • Complete the month-end report in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Assist with queries/ information in the absence of the supervisor.
  • General administration duties.
  • Attend to telephone and written enquiries.
  • Drafting of memorandums and recommendations related to outstanding debt.
  • Requesting cash focus payments and ensuring that all documentation is processed timeously.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 – 3 Years’ experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Numeracy skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office and Excel)
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must produce neat and accurate work.
