3. Stock take/reconciliation

MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE:
1. Goods processing
Receive, store and issue goods against requisitions and delivery notes.
Complete records, log sheets and filling
Record and update information on the Company financial software system (SAP)
Administer the daily movement and storage of goods including rework and returns.
Monitor model stock quantities.
Check goods received against orders placed on suppliers.
Ensure the right quantity and quality is received at the ordered and agreed cost.
2. Stock taking
Ensure that stock sheets are updated and accurate.
Count stock and report variances between actual and expected stock levels
Actively put a plan in place to reduce variances on a month-to-month basis
Grade 12 (preferably with mathematics)
At least 1-year applicable warehouse/stores experience in a relevant (industrial/pharmaceutical warehouse) environment.
