Monthly RCL and Phakisa headcount reporting Adapt and develop new reports as required by the business Monitoring of leave patterns and report on trends and anomalies Document system changes Issue: o Org level access o Shift level access o Work schedule level access o Report level access as per user sign off o Hours sign off level access Editing, deleting and amending of clocking and shift allocations on timesheets Report and investigate all timesheet and leave queries Employee and Contractor fingerprint take on Issuing of access cards Report and investigate site access queries Document and maintain all T&A related processes and procedures Provide general support to usersDuties & Responsibilities

Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration environment Working knowledge of MsOffice Ability to take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritizing and self-development Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately maintained Inform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriate resolution
